VAT Information

Most products on this website are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability and as such, may be purchased by those eligible, at a price that does not include VAT at the current rate. Please note that this applies to some but not all products.

What Do I Need to Do?

All prices displayed are including VAT. When you have added the item(s) you wish to purchase to your basket, and are ready to pay, you will be prompted to select whether you are exempt from paying VAT.

Please choose your VAT exemption status and move on to the checkout.

Once in the checkout, you will see that where applicable (ie. VAT exemptions apply) VAT is not added to the products, whilst those products that are not eligible for VAT relief will have the VAT added to them.

The basket will provide you with a total order value before you enter your payment details.
